Residential Construction Project Manager

Treehouse is a Design/Build company that has been building custom residential projects on Cape Ann and its surrounding communities for over 30 years.  We practice Integrated Project Delivery with in-house architects, interior designers, cabinet makers and construction managers. We enjoy a strong commitment to our community and strive to bring appropriate design solutions that consider the myriad of impacts that construction projects bring to the local and global environment.

We are searching for an experienced Project Manager with a degree in Construction Management and a current unrestricted CSL license.  The right person will share our vision and possess the following skills:

• Management of individual projects from permitting through completion

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and problem solve effectively with in-house architectural, interiors and cabinet makers

• Ability to build strong client relationships

• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Excel software

• Track and update budgets, construction schedules, subcontractor scheduling, and coordination between the in-house design team and on-going construction work

• Attend staff and client meetings

• Prepare sub-contractor agreements

• Order and handle construction materials and specialty items

• Prepare for and attend municipal inspections

• Prepare and follow through of Punchlist and Warranty items

• Prepare photographic record and written reports documenting construction progress and sequencing
